Executive chef Bruno Grossi and decorators Hauvette & Madani have taken the Pont des Bannes, a regional institution, back to basics. Authenticity, local cuisine, fresh produce and short supply chains. Cocktail bar and live music around the fireplaces or by the pool! Winter break! From November 15 to December 20, Le Pont des Bannes will be open only on Friday evenings, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch.

MANIFESTO
Renovation work lasting almost 18 months on the entire estate, which is classified as a Protected Natural Zone, has purified the lines of the landscape and rewilded the exteriors. A "slow gardening" approach, where life and nature are allowed to take their time, and the human footprint is more discreet. Tamarisk and feather reeds, olive trees, cypresses and umbrella pines are gradually regaining their rights. Flamingos and herons return to fish in the ponds under the gentle gaze of Camargue horses. As for the interiors, the decorating duo Hauvette & Madani have stripped them down and returned them to their authentic roots.
