In a crisis context, whatever the crisis, it's important to maintain the link. That's the challenge for companies: to maintain an important human link despite confinement. In these unprecedented times, no means should be skimped on to consolidate exchanges between employees. What could be better than a post-confinement seminar in the Camargue to (re)motivate the troops and bring back together colleagues who have been confined for several months?

The importance of a post-confinement seminar in Camargue

Confinement was a complicated, strange and unprecedented time for all of us. Companies have adapted by developing telecommuting, reducing the number of days spent in the office and digitizing meetings. But at what cost to employee motivation? Let's face it, nothing beats a direct exchange with colleagues, a cheerful hello in the morning or a well-deserved coffee during the break. It's these little moments that have been missing from daily life during confinement. It's with a post-confinement seminar in the Camargue that you can make up for these lost moments. It's time to reunite the teams and start the new year on the right foot!
